Frizmo Tech collects the minimum personal data necessary to provide its services.

• Identification data — name, when filling a contact form
• Contact data — email address, phone (if provided)
• Message content — text of inquiries, project conversations
• Technical data — IP address, browser, operating system (for security)
• Analytics data — page visits (anonymized, via Plausible)

• Responding to inquiries and communication on potential projects
• Fulfillment of contractual obligations when a project is awarded
• Sending quotes and technical documentation
• Compliance with legal obligations (accounting, tax)
• Improving services through analysis of anonymized metrics

Retention period

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose.

• Inquiries without subsequent engagement — up to 12 months
• Contractual data of clients — 5 years after project completion (accounting requirements)
• Invoices and accounting documents — 10 years (tax requirement)
• Analytics data — 24 months

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with processors necessary for the service:

• Vercel (hosting) — USA, in compliance with EU-US Data Privacy Framework
• Resend (email) — USA, in compliance with EU-US Data Privacy Framework
• Stripe (payments) — USA / Ireland, GDPR-compliant
• Plausible Analytics — Germany, GDPR-compliant
• Accounting firm — only for documents required by law
