Scope of services

Frizmo Tech provides custom development services, including design and development of websites, online stores, business systems and SaaS platforms. The specific scope of each project is defined in an individual contract.

Working process

The standard working process consists of four stages:

• Discovery — needs analysis and preliminary estimate
• Design and architecture — technical specification and mockups
• Development — iterative work in sprints
• Launch and support — deployment and 30 days of free support

Payment terms

Payments are made at the following stages:

• 30% upon contract signing (initial payment)
• 40% upon completion of the design phase
• 30% upon successful launch to production
• Exception: projects under €2,500 — 50% at start, 50% on delivery

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Frizmo Tech is not VAT-registered. Payments are made by bank transfer or via Stripe / PayPal.

Deliverables

• Project source code (provided via Git repository)
• Architecture technical documentation
• Access to production environment
• Full IP rights upon full payment
• 30 days of free support after launch

Intellectual property

Source code and all IP rights created within the project are transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment. Until that point, Frizmo Tech retains rights to the work. Technologies and tools with their own licenses (e.g. open-source libraries) are used in compliance with their licenses.

Post-launch support

After a successful launch, the client receives:

• 30 days of free support for bug fixes and minor changes
• Optional monthly plans for continued support
• Hourly work for new features (at a previously agreed rate)

Warranties and liability

Frizmo Tech warrants that delivered services are performed with professional quality. No warranties are made for business outcomes, conversions or specific performance unless agreed in writing. Frizmo Tech's liability is limited to the project value.

Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with 14 days written notice. In case of termination by the client without fault on Frizmo Tech's part, payments made are not refunded, but the client receives everything completed up to that point.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes are resolved by the competent Bulgarian court.
